因近期圖書館讀者帳密屢遭盜用，造成資料庫停用本校檢索權。

為強化圖書館資訊安全，本館將於106/10/12(四)起，批次更新系統【預設密碼】，不論您是否開卡，只要您的預設密碼沒有更動過，系統即會自動變更。

新【預設密碼】規則如下：

1.本國籍學生：原預設密碼為身分證末4碼，新【預設密碼】為身分證號（英文首字大寫）；

2.非本國籍學生：原預設密碼為生日（mmdd），新【預設密碼】為出生西元年月日（yyyymmdd）。

圖書館提醒您，為保障您的帳密安全，建議盡速修改您的預設密碼！

保護帳號安全之小撇步：
1.密碼建議8碼以上，且數字、英文、符號夾雜，不易被破解
2.勿將圖書館帳號密碼借予外校人士使用
3.定期更換密碼

Our permissions to access some of databases had been limited frequently because there were many cases of passwords stolen and abnormal usage recently.

To improve library’s information security, we’ll change the default password of library account on Oct. 12, 2017.

The new default password will be your date of birth, including the year, like 20171012 (yyyymmdd).

 

We’ll change your password into the new default value if you had never change your password, or you set your password as old default value (mmdd).

 

Please update your password frequently, and here’s how you can change your password:

1. Library Catalog (old)

Library Catalog> Library Catalog(old)>View Your Record, and see the picture attached 

2. Library Catalog (new)

Library Catalog> Library Catalog (new)>My Library>Edit Profile (at the bottom-right of the page)>Update Password (at the bottom of the page)

 

Our recommendations for your information security:

l   Make up your password with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols, and it should be at least 8 character long

l   Do not lend others your account

l   Change your password frequently
