NTPU faculty and students, as well as those with a good borrowing record with no overdue payments.

How to register

Bring your faculty ID or student card to the circulation desk to register a borrowing card. However, at the Academia Sinica Institute of Modern History Kuo Ting Yee library, borrowing is limited to only full time teachers and graduate students in the library contract.

Usage

1. The Interlibrary book loan card can make loans in a period of twenty one days; readers must cooperate with libraries while making their loans. Whether you have made a loan or not, the card must be returned in five days to the library's desk.
2. With the Interlibrary book loan card, you can borrow up to five books, with a loan period of 21 days. However, at the Academia Sinica Institude of Modern History Kuo Ting Yee library and  Academia Sinica, Fu Si Nian Library, you can only borrow five books on each card, with a loan period of  30 days.
3. If readers are late for returning the library card, your interlibrary book loan card will be suspended for one month.
4. If you have overdue books from other cooperating libraries, you must pay their overdue fines.
5. If the library card is lost, please notify the library right away, you will be responsible for any loss incurred prior to reporting the loss.If the NTU library card or the Academia Sinica Institute of Modern History Library card is lost, the replacement fee of it is NT$200.
6. For graduates-to-be, your right to borrow books will be terminated on 5/30.
   Please comply with the cooperating libraries' rules. Periodicals, audio visual materials, reference books cannot to be borrowed out of the library.
7. Non-NTPU users are not allowed to use the interlibrary loan card.
   If the cooperating library has urgent use of the borrowed book, they have the right to require the reader to return the book within the specified time.
8. Since November 2011, NCCU library card has been included with the NTTLRC Service platform. Therefore, if you intend to borrow books at NCCU, you will be given a virtual card.
