E-mail Notification Service
- The library will sent book loan related notifications via e-mail provided by Computer Center. Please check your e-mail constantly and make sure the library e-mail can be sent to your e-mail account.
- To change your e-mail account, please fill out the “E-mail Account Change Application Form” at the service counter.
- Notifications: About to expire, Overdue, Reserved material, Arrived, Reservation cancelled, and Online-book loan pickup.
- ”About to expire” notifications: 3 notifications will be sent for general books (7, 4, 2 days before expiration) and teacher project books (15, 7, 4 days before expiration).
- Please have the book returned first or have an assignee return for you to prevent overdue fines and account suspension before long holidays or if you are going abroad.
- This service is for reminder purposes only and is not the only way to check your loan status. If e-mail notifications are unavailable, please go online and check “My Library Status".
- You can stamp the expiry date at the circulation counter after your book loan ( or renew) to help you check your book’s expiry date better.
